The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. the pool access room was a highlight - a 10/10 experience that was worth every penny. the food at both restaurants was exceptional, and the Thai cuisine was a true delight. the view from the hotel was simply breathtaking, a postcard-perfect setting that left us in awe. We were able to try stand-up paddleboarding for the first time, thanks to the helpful staff who guided us without a hint of judgment. the pool area was amazing, perfect for lounging and enjoying the stunning surroundings. the room was not only well-designed and modern but also very spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Island Escape Burasari offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. the serene atmosphere, coupled with activities organized by the hotel, allowed us to unwind and relax completely. the special attention to detail, like the customized romantic atmosphere and comfortable amenities, made our stay truly unforgettable. Overall, this luxurious 5-star resort in the unspoiled natural beauty of Koh Maphrao exceeded all our expectations.
